Notes

We just arrived to Los Angeles it is really hot right now and we are really tired because it was a long flight. There are so many shops around us. There are so many hotels around us so we are trying to pick a hotel. We found a hotel right now it is called the Marriott hotel. So we are going inside of our hotel it is really nice inside. Right now we need some rest because we have a big day tomorrow. Tomorrow we are going somewhere exciting we think there will be a lot of fun things to do where we are going. We are going to Disneyland we are so excited to go there. There are so many rides everywhere there are some big roller coasters and small roller coasters. There are a lot of people here there is so much noise. There is going to be a parade later we are going to see the parade. We went on a few rides there they were fun. We went on the Peter Pan ride, the Pirates and the Caribbean, Finding Nemo ride, Alice and Wonderland ride so much more rides. Now we are going to eat there are a lot of places to eat we want to eat somewhere fast we don't want to eat somewhere expensive. We ate at McDonalds it was not expensive. We are going to Disneyland later because thats when the parade starts it starts at the night. We are at the hotel right now we are going to the parade. The parade was amazing there were so many lights there. Tomorrow is our last day there we are going to Disneyland we are going and walk around Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles coastal area was inhabited by the earlier Native American nations for many years. The old city plaza railroads arrived when the Southern Pacific completed its line to Los Angeles in 1876. Oil was discovered in 1892, and by 1923 Los Angeles was supplying one-fourth of the world's petroleum. In the 1920s the motion picture and aviation industries both flocked to Los Angeles and helped with its further development. The city was also the proud host of the 1932 Summer Olympics. Then, in 1969, Los Angeles was one of the two places that started the internet.

There are a lot of theaters, shows, and concerts that keep going on in LA. It is especially famous for Hollywood, which attracts millions of visitors each year who come to pay homage to their favorite stars and celebrities, and if they are lucky, get a glimpse of the famous personalities. There are many more famous Hollywood landmarks such as the Hollywood sign and the Hollywood bowl. LA is also famous for the huge amount of shopping centers and malls such as the Grove and the Third Street Promenade.
