We understand your concern about the exchange offers for the mobile phones.
We would like to let you know that the offers, price, brands and discounts are totally based on the seller and the exchange offer can only be availed for a single product.
We would also like to let you know that you can check the price of your product by adding the details on the product page with which you want to exchange your product and you can check the same in 'Buy with Exchange' option.
We would like to let you know that below are the exchange offer guidelines for you:
1. Check if ‘Exchange Offer’ is valid on the product.
2. Select the accurate Model, IMEI number, Serial number and working condition of the product.
3. Pay the discounted amount listed on the website. You can choose to pay through EMI payment mode if available with the product.
4. Present the wishmaster with the same product as opted during the purchase.
5. Keep the products charged for the wishmaster to check.
6. Take a backup of the data before handing it over to the wishmaster.
7. You cannot change the exchange offer once the order is placed. i.e. Once an exchange order is placed, you cannot convert an exchange order to a regular order by withholding the exchange product and giving the cash equivalent to wishmaster. The only possibility is to cancel the exchange order and place a regular order
For Mobiles:
1. IMEI number on mobile matches against IMEI number entered by you.
2. Brand of mobile matches the brand entered by you.
3. Mobile stays powered on without charger for 30 seconds.
4. Mobile screen is not broken.
5. The screen lock should not be active (all types of screen locks like pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock, etc should be deactivated).
6. The i-Cloud account should be unlocked for iPhones.
The wishmaster will reject the exchange item in case:
1. The product does not switch on.
2. The product is broken/ damaged.
3. There is a Mismatch in IMEI/Serial number/Model/Brand.
4. The product does not remain powered on for 30 seconds on battery power.
5. You are not willing to allow check.
6. There is a mismatch in brand, size.
