1. Maksudnya open slot / tabungan itu apa sis?
Jadi, untuk konser nanti kita akan buka jastip dengan quota terbatas dan sekarang kalian sudah bisa mulai mem-booking slot tersebut.
2. Alurnya gimana sis kalau mau nge-book slot jastip di kamu?
Isi form order>> Akan dibalas via email nomor rekening, nominal booking slot, T&C
>> Transfer booking slot >> Konfirmasi pembayaran >> Akan dibalas via email link group >> Tunggu details konser dari promotor.
3. Jadi kita baru masuk slot kalau misalkan udah transfer? Kalau sekadar isi form aja belum ya?
Betul.
4. Terus maksudnya tabungan gimana?
Setelah kalian trf booking slot, bisa dilanjutkan dengan melakukan tabungan di kita.
5. Booking slot masuk ke hitungan tabungan kita atau cuma sekadar biaya untuk book slot saja?
Masuk ke hitungan sis.
Contoh : 1 Tiket Purple 1.000.000
Fee KO 250.000
Tax admin 10.000
Total 1.260.000
Karena sudah transfer booking slot 200k, maka sisa 1.060.000
6. Fee jastip di KO berapa kak? Beragam sis tergantung konser siapa, promotornya siapa, dan tingkat kesulitan dapet tiket.
7. Kalau jastip di KO fix dapet tiket? Range kepastian dapet tiket di kita 95%-99%. Sejauh ini, semua konser yang kita pegang berhasil mendapatkan tiket. Rekor Day6 95 Tiket, dan Wanna One 78 Tiket.
8. Kalau seandainya pas price list keluar mau cancel boleh? Boleh, selama belum dibelikan tiketnya. Uang akan dikembalikan namun dipotong 200k/tiket.
9. Kalau tiket sudah dibelikan/ticketing? Uang hangus.
10. Kalau KO nggak kebagian tiket, gimana? Refund full? Terus berapa lama? Terus kalau konsernya nggak jadi dateng ke sini gimana?
Jika KO tidak kebagian tiket, full refund dipotong 100k.
Jika Konser tidak jadi datang ke Indonesia, full refund.
Jika konser dibatalkan setelah ticketing dari pihak promotor, full refund dipotong 100k.
11. Fee di KetemuOppa berapa?
Ada dua jenis fee di KO : Cicilan dan Full Payment. Range fee 150k-300k.
12. Sistem cicilan bagaimana?
Agar tiket dibelikan, maka kamu harus bayar DP sebesar 50% + fee cicilan + tax admin. Sisanya bisa dicicil bebas kapan pun berapa pun yang penting H-7 konser lunas.
13. KetemuOppa sok keren banget deh, emang apa sih benefitnya beli di sini?
