We would like to let you know that if you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website/App/Mobile site within 10 days of receiving the product.
We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. Only one (1) replacement will be provided in the unlikely event that the product is defective.
If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.

Also, we would like to let you know that the Extended Warranty plan will start once the manufacturer’s warranty ends. Manufacturer’s warranty starts on the date of invoice

The Damage Protection plan starts along with the manufacturer’s warranty and if the product that you have purchased along with the damage protection plan is damaged you can contact the service provider at Jeeves.co.in or call them on their toll free number 1800-425-5568.

As per the Damage Protection Plan terms and conditions, Jeeves authorised service centre will pickup, repair and deliver your {phone within 7 days/laptop within 21 days}. In case you do not receive your {phone/laptop} within the mentioned time, the amount that you paid for the plan as well as any additional expenses will be refunded to you.
