-Only a select base of pre-approved customers will be eligible for No Cost EMI on Debit Cards
-Once they login in to Flipkart website/App/mobile site app they can see this offer on their homepage.
-If you are not seeing the offer then they need to contact bank to get the Pre-approved EMI for debit cards
-To drive awareness on Debit Card EMI payment mode, a campaign is set up on various platforms where you can check their eligibility for this payment mode 
-This campaign has gone live from August 09, 2018 and will be live until end of September, 2018.
-Campaign channels are: TVCs and targeted digital marketing 
-Along with this, you are asked to send an SMS 'DC EMI' to 57575 to check eligibility 
-All eligible customers will receive the following SMS: Congratulations, you are eligible to avail EMI on your Debit Card for shopping on Flipkart. 
-Explore now! *T&C apply 
- If you are not eligible will be asked to check with the bank via the following SMS: Sorry, you are currently not eligible to avail EMI on your debit card for shopping on Flipkart. Please get in touch with your bank. Until then why not try another payment method.

COD to POs

We'd like to let you know that the COD to POD payment option will now be available when the order status is between "Approved" to "Out for Delivery" You will get the 'Pay now' option when the order status is between 'Approved' to 'Out for Delivery' From 'Approved till dispatched', the COD to POD option is available for all courier service providers. Once the item is 'Dispatched till OFD', the COD to POD option is available only for Ekart shipments There is no change in COD to PhonePe payment conversion (when the product is OFD) 

When the order is between "Approved" to "Out for delivery" When the order is "Out for Delivery (OFD)" (only for PhonePe payments)

Below are the eligibility criteria to avail the COD to Prepaid payment conversion: Orders with single unit From 'Approved till dispatched', the COD to POD option is available for all courier service providers.
