We understand your concern that you wanted to exchange your mobile with the product 'Panasonic Eluga Ray Max (Gold, 32 GB)'.

We're sorry to know that your exchange did not go through.

We would like to let you know that following checks are conducted by the wishmaster who will be delivering the new device and picking up the old device:

1. Brand and model of the old device matches the declaration provided in the Flipkart Website at the time of purchase of the new device.
2. The phone switches on and should be in switch on mode for a minimum of 30 seconds without connecting to the charger.
3. The IMEI of the old device, provided in the Flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device, is correct and there is no mismatch.
4. There should not be any cracks on the body of the phone or on the screen. The screen should be intact and buttons should not be missing or damaged. The display should not have any spots or dead pixels.
5. Battery should be seated properly and should not be swollen.
6. The screen lock should be disabled (all forms of screen lock viz; pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock, etc. needs to be deactivated).
7. For Apple iPhones, i-Cloud account should be unlocked.

There are some other reason through which the wishmaster can accept or deny the delivery:

Valid denial reasons for mobile exchange:

1. Brand mismatch.
2. IMEI Mismatch.
3. Screen damage (Crack).
4. Dots on Screen/Pixel issue.
5. Touch not working.
6. Power button not working.
7. Light coming out from the side of the screen/Screen coming out.

Invalid denial reasons for mobile exchange:

1. Scratches on screen/Panel/Body.
2. Body Discolor.
3. Minor dent.
4. Volume button not working or Volume button working but inserted inside.

We'd also like to let you know that the seller has cancelled your product and you would have received a confirmation for it.
