1. Keunikan wushu terlihat dari gerakannya, harus luwes dan bertenaga. Pada saat-saat tertentu dibarengi dengan lompatan yang membutuhkan koordinasi gerak.
2. Seorang anak laki-laki sedang berlatih bela diri wushu menggunakan sebuah tombak, ia berlatih gerakan dasar. Ia melangkahkan kaki kanannya kesamping membentuk huruf L sedangkan kaki kirinya ia luruskan, badannya di tegakkan. Posisi tangan kiri berada diatas dan tangan kanan dibawah. Tombak tersebut ia angkat tinggi dan berada disamping kiri tubuhnya.
