1. Keunikan Wushu :
- penggabungan antara teknik melindungi diri, memperkuat fisik, dan ada nilai hiburan juga seninya.
- gerakannya dibarengi dengan lompatan yang memerlukan koordinasi gerak, harus luwes dan bertenaga.
- ada 4 faktor yang saling menyatu: kelenturan, kekuatan, keseimbangan dan kelincahan. jadi latihan teknik saja tidak cukup.
- mengedepankan aspek kesenian.
- membuat badan lebih lentur.
2. Suatu hari, Gale dan Gaia telah merencanakan sebuah pemotretan di ruang Technogym SVA. Selama dua minggu belakangan ini, Gale terlah berlatih wushu. Gale menginginkan Gaia untuk memotret beberapa gerakannya.
"You ready?" Tanya Gaia, kamera poket telah digenggam olehnya. Gale hanya membalas dengan anggukan dan berjalan mengambil sebuah tongkat latihan, Ia juga telah mengenakan kostum wushu. "Yuk, mulai! Kuhitung sampai tiga ya!"
Mereka berdua mengambil posisi masing-masing. Gaia mendekatkan kamera ke matanya, Gale mulai mengambil kuda-kuda. "Satu.. dua.. ti.." Aba-aba Gaia. "..ga!" Bersamaan dengan kata 'ga', Gale menggerakan tubuhnya sesuai dengan teknik-teknik yang selama ini Ia persiapkan. Kedipan cahaya kamera menerpa wajah Gale tiga kali. "Aku mengambil tiga foto... semuanya bagus!" Ujar Gaia.
