You will be notified through SMS once the package is ready for pickup. A secret pin will be sent to you along with the SMS.
You will have to give your pin & showcase a valid photo-id to the store manager in order to collect your package. We accept the following Photo-ids: PAN, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Employer Id card, Voters id card, Government approved cards, Photo printed Credit/Debit card, Bank Passbook.
The package will be available to pick up till 5 working days.
