1- Do you have any past experience as working as HR? *
The only HR experience I have had was at Cafe Daises, where I was a General Manger. However, I resigned from this position before the cafe itself opened. But I do have some MR experience. At Vella Resort and Spa I was an IiT for a few months and am currently a Senor Intern at Split.

2 - Which is more important overall, team/group goals or personal goals? *
The goals of the Nauted community should be prioritized since they impact more people. However, one must still strive to achieve their own personal goals.

3 - What are your top qualifications/skills? *
Two of my greatest skills are my ability to work with others and empathy. This is important because we need to have good collaboration skills in order to be a successful group. Also, in a worker, one must always look for respect and empathy, because you need to work with people who treat you well.

4 - Why do you think, that you’re better than other applicants? *
I would consider myself as a good applicant for the dedication I am willing to put to Nauted. I will make sure I am an active and supportive team member. In addition, my eagerness and positivity will help Nauted strive to be a great ROBLOX Group.

5 - What is more important for you; personal or team achievements? *
Team achievements are more important for me because they prove that we worked together to accomplish something great. Other people also see us for what we as a group achieved rather than the accomplishments of one individual.

6 - What is the first goal you want to achieve as an HR? *
As an HR at Nauted, my first goal will be to somehow help an HR/MR. Whether this be answering a question or helping them with a specific task, it is my first goal. I believe it is good to start with small goals and expand on them as I grow in Nauted.

7 - Why do you want to work as HR? *
There are a few reasons I would like to be an HR at Nauted. For one, it is a great experience to meet new people and make friends. Also, I would like to work here because as an HR, I can better help guests with their concerns and ideas. The final reason I would like to work here so I can learn how to better problem-solve with other people.

8 - Do you think, that you’re ready to work under pressure efficiently? *
I am prepared for whatever Nauted will throw at me because I know that I will have my co-workers by my side the whole time. However, I sometimes get a little anxious working under pressure, and with school coming, it may be a bit difficult, but I know I can pull it off.

9 - Do you have any huge achievements that you think that should be noted? *
I am not sure if this is relevant to Nauted or not, but for the ASA Data Visualization Poster Competition, my friend and I got Honorable Mention for our state.
Another proud accomplishment I have was when I passed Reforms for a group.
In all honestly, I find it difficult to name large achievements, because I haven't really left my mark yet in this world.

10 - What is the main goal you want to achieve personally in the group? *
My main goal is to leave a mark on Nauted. I would like to do something big that positively helps the Nauted Community. Now, I may not know what this thing is yet, but all I know is that I will do my best to accomplish it.

11 - What is the main goal you want to achieve as a team in the group? *
As a community, I would like for Nauted to reach 300 members, and then work to become a phenomenal and well known ROBLOX Group, which I know it is capable of achieving.

12 - What would you be ready to change about yourself, if it would be needed before you could work as HR for Nauted? *
One thing I would be willing to change and improve is my flexibility, since it is crucial for an HR to be able to deal with any problem in any situation. Another thing I may have to change is my use of free time, which I will gladly invest into this group.

13 - What are your 5 pros (positive personality sides)? *
I work well with others, I am forgiving, I am an understanding person, I enjoy helping others, and lastly, I am a responsible person.

14 - What are your 5 cons (negative personality sides)? *
I can get agitated at times, my shyness may not be the ideal trait of an HR, I can get irritated easily, at some occasions I am overly sarcastic, and I don't have a "Grade A" memory. I will also warn you that a 3rd grader can spell better than me.
