1. Yokai adalah makhluk supernatural dalam cerita rakyat Jepang, pada umumnya memiliki kekuatan supernatural dan spiritual. Beberapa youkai memiliki bagian tubuh yang sama dengan bagian tubuh hewan maupun tubuh manusia.
Yokai terdiri dari beraneka ragam dari yang wujudnya lucu sampai menakutkan mendekati mengerikan. Sifatnya pun beragam walaupun kebanyakan mempunyai sifat mengganggu.
Yokai terdiri dari banyak jenis dan agak sulit mengelompokkannya. Tapi berdasarkan penyebab asal Yokai dapat dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok besar :
- Oni
- Tsukumogami
- Yuurei
- Humanoid Yokai
2. Di saat hujan di malam hari dia akan berkeliaran di jalanan sehingga membuat orang-orang terjatuh karena dia mengusel-usel. Sunekosuri juga muncul di samping kuil yang disebut Iryō-dō. Ia akan menarik kaki orang-orang, membuat mereka jatuh. Anak-anak dibuat jatuh dan hidung mereka akan di lukai.
