Notes

Dear diary,
This day is a day to remember. I think i will never do something like this again in my life, it has been an act of honour and courage. I stood for me and my schoolmates and ridiculized the head master Mr Chase in front of the whole school, this made me proud of who i am and inspired me to know who i would want to be. For the first time i felt good about myself. I felt me. In that moment i didn't even realize what i was doing but now i know that i could have gotten in a lot of trouble if the others didn't acclaim me. I mocked the head teacher and dismissed his authority and i am aware of my actions and that he could do anything in the future to get me down but i don't care because now, i feel like i could touch the sky and nothing can tear me apart.
I just don't understand one thing. Why did Mr Megahey give us all of that money when every day, we try the worse of things to get that money and bring it to the school the next day? We do all of this effort for nothing because he just gives it away like if it was nothing but he doesn't know that every single day, students are being 200made fun of in school because they don't bring that money which could have helped him leave this gloomy town. He doesn't even know what we are being put through and this is very unfair and incomprehensible. I really don't understand.
I hope my parents will never discover what i did, especially dad. I am sure he would be furious and he would start laughing not thinking it is true, he would never expect that. Dad has always told us to save money and be careful not to spend it for useless purposes so he would get mad at me for what i did. My father doesn't know me, still. He doesn't know anything about me and he doesn't even try to understand me. After what i did today i would really, really hope he would try but he would never understand the value of my actions but especially the reasons for it. He would never appreciate it.
I think that what really matters now, is that i feel ok and i fell proud of who i am.
