in this case we usually create a replacement, however as the item is sold by third party seller, we are only able to process the refund.

I have successfully processed return for full refund and generated a prepaid return label of Royal mail and I am also sending a confirmation Email with link to print the return label.

In this case, I will go ahead and forward this issue to relevant team as it usually does not happen at Amazon and create a replacement or process full refund for this item now as per your convenience.

Sam, I have checked and I would like to inform you that the item for which you placed the order was not available at the nearest fulfillment center from your address, however we have managed the item from another part of the country and now the item was delivered to the fulfillment center from your address and handed over to the carrier and will delivered to you tomorrow and I have also contacted the carrier and requested to deliver your parcel in priority at earliest tomorrow.

I have checked and I would like to inform you that in this case, I usually go ahead and create a replacement, however as this item is sold by third party seller and fulfilled by Amazon, in this case my system will not give me an option to create a replacement, I am only able to process return for full refund, however you can place a new order for the same item as per your convenience.
