The order of events in a 91st Field Tryout/Training is as follows:

**-Introduction**
The introduction can be as simple as saying "Welcome to 91st Tryouts."

**-Rules**
You can do them however you see fit. The most common way of doing them is by having everyone complete a face after each rule is said.

**-Faces**
Again, you may do them however you see fit. Some people like to have a practice round, while others jump right in. Some people do two rounds, while others do one. There really is no set way to do faces.

**Note: We try not to take up too much time with this stuff. (10-15 minutes)**

**-Field**
If there is a raider online, obviously you would patrol/defend near a CP. Most times there aren't raiders on, so when that happens, you can either play a game such as hide and seek or have some speeder races. Anything that includes a skill you would use in the field is allowed. For example, hide and seek helps with learning the map while speeder races help with piloting speeders. You could also just go on an alternate account, if you think there is someone capable of leading a squad, in order to act as a raider.

**Note: I would recommend you spend 15-20 minutes in the field due to it being the main part. You may, however, go longer as long as you change things up.**

**-Conclusion**
You end things with talking about what aspects of the field people did and did not do well with.

Of course, you have promotions at the end as well. Requirements for squads can be found in the rules document. You will be placed as a MO for a certain squad and may promote people to that squad if you see fit. However, if someone qualifies for a different squad, you can let officers of that squad know. They can choose to promote them due to what you said or observe them in the future.

**Note: ALL TRYOUTEES are accepted into the 91st unless they genuinely don't use grammar or can't follow orders and act maturely.**

Don't forget to fill out the event report in the event report channel!
