We understand your concern that you want to convert the payment mode of your order 'OD111200885944041000' from COD to prepaid.
We are happy to let you know that you can now you can convert your order to prepaid using Pay Now. Pay Now is a new feature that lets you easily convert your Cash on Delivery purchases to prepaid.
The 'Pay Now' feature will only be available on Cash on delivery orders with single item, that have been shipped through Ekart. You'll be able to use the 'Pay Now' button till the item is 'Out for Delivery'.
The steps for converting the convert COD order to Prepaid is given below:
1. You will see a new button 'PAY NOW' on App only if all the above criterias are met
2. This will also be available to you when a Dispatched communication is triggered to the customer through an email
3. Once you clicks on this button, a new page will open up with the list of payment options
4. You will have the option to select from Net banking, Credit Card, Debit Card to make the payment (EMI, EGV, Wallet payment method will not be available)
5. Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected to 'Order Details' page with the new payment mode and appropriate message
6. Payment information will be sent to EKL and payment mode will be updated to prepaid, so that EKL will not ask you for payment at the time of delivery
7. If the payment is unsuccessful/ fails, you will see a failure message and can retry the payment after 30 mins
