We understand your concern about the exchange for the product 'Micromax 81cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED TV' with the order ID: OD113207175575277000.

We'd like to let you know that the executive will perform the following checks at the time of pick up:

-Brand, type and size of the TV should match the one declared for exchange at the time of purchase.
-TV should be in working condition (Switching on and no display problems).
-TV Screen or body should not be in damaged/broken condition.
-Un-installation of the TV would NOT be carried out by Flipkart.
-TV should have intact display which will be verified at the time of handover.
-Accessories (remotes, cables, etc.) are expected in return during exchange.
-No documents (bills, warranty card etc.) of old TV will be collected during exchange.

Please check that your old TV fulfills the both criterias:

-Working - Switching on, display OK.
-No Damage - No physical scratches, no scuffs or dents on the body, no scratches or crack on the screen.

Products that will not be picked up by the executive:

-Not working - TV is not switching on.
-Display issue - There is discoloration, spots, lines or static on a part of the screen, muddled or no display.
-Screen damage - There are scratches or cracks on the screen.
-Body Damage - There are visible cracks/dents/scuffs or holes on the body.
-Plasma TVs will not be accepted.
-Black and White TVs and monitor screens will not be accepted.
-Any government sponsored/NGO funded freebie (gift) TV will not be accepted under the buy-back program.

We'd also like to let you know that we pick up your existing television at the same time we deliver your new one. So, we request you keep your existing television 'pickup ready'. 'Pickup ready' means all accessories are unplugged, the television is dismounted from any fixtures and is ready to be handed over.

However, please note that a Flipkart executive will verify your product by powering it on using your television's power cable.
