2. From 'Approved till dispatched', the COD to POD option is available for all courier service providers. Once the item is 'Dispatched till OFD', the COD to POD option is available only for Ekart shipments
3. The status of the order is between 'Approved to OFD'
4. Current payment mode is COD (Cash on Delivery)
5. You can change the payment mode through Self-serve (web/app) or using the link provided to you via an/sms

Also, if you like, you can choose to pay for your product using your card at the time of delivery.
