Here are the steps to redeem 'cashback' offer:
- Each voucher of Rs. 50/- provided under the cashback can be redeemed upon a recharge in MyJio App
- only Customers can view the cashback vouchers under the 'My Vouchers' section in MyJio app
- Only one cashback voucher of Rs. 50/- can be redeemed per eligible recharge
- A maximum of Rs. 44/- cashback vouchers can be redeemed
The cashback vouchers are valid till May 31, 2018
Offer start date and end date vary from device to device, consultants should check SA/Casperlite to know if the offer is applicable for a particular device, if not deny the request
The offer is valid on all eligible devices, activated on the Jio network for the first time, on or after march 12, 2018
Last date to recharge depends on the offer go-live, please check the TnCs in CasperLite and provide information based on the order date
