lead around: go around in a circle joined with left hand for 5 bars reapeat on left foot but join with right hand going the oppisite way. on lead around drop on 6 turn on 7 on right foot join with 8 but on left foot turn in on 8.
extended sides: going to my left cross with my partner (i go in front) then face molly on the 2nd back 2,3 then carry on doing 7s then turn and join with chelsie on 1 go around till faicng my right then join with charlotte on 4 drop on 5 and then join with grace on 6 turn into place for 7 and stay on 8.
full chain: go around in a circle joining with each man (keeping arms tight and circle not to messy not to slow or fast)
men around: drop on 8 then grace goes around lauren while I do hop 1,2,3s and move on centre line oppisite lucy. on 3 I turn and join with charlotte on 4 go round and drop on 7 then I go back on centre line opposite lucy. turn on 2 join with charlotte on 3 glo around then wait for grace and join with her on 6 (I think got confused)
back to back: we move o the left keeping hands joined and I will face sarah and join with charlotte and charlotte and grace will be back to back we keep are arms up. then I will drop with grace move forward online with charlotte pull her arm then do hop 1,2,3s into place.
sevens:go to my right swapping places with lauren and molly then swap with grace then go back to left then swap pl.aces with grace again and I should be back to my place.
then the top couples will either to the 1st or 2nd figure. if the first figure molly and charlotte will go around the side couples then we will all join hands (I join with my partener/grace and molly) we go around in a corcle having strong arms then were into our places, drop and then we will all bow when charlotte and sarah walk to make a semi circle.
