Motion is change in position.
All motion is relative to a fixed point or frame of reference.
A frame of reference is a place or object that you assume is fixed. You observe how other objects move by comparing them to that frame of reference
Speed is how fast an object is going with respect to a frame of reference.
Speed is a measurement of an object’s change in position over time.
Velocity is a measure of the speed and direction of an object.
Velocity is a measure of speed in a given direction.
Acceleration is the increase of speed or velocity over a period of time and deceleration is the decrease of speed or velocity over time.
Force is simply a push or pull applied to an object.
Friction is a force that works against the motion of an object. It affects the movement of matter.
Newton’s first law of motion explains that a force is needed to change the motion of an object. It states that objects do not move or change their speed unless a force acts upon them.

Newton’s second law of motion states that the acceleration of an object depends directly upon the net force acting upon the object, and inversely upon the mass of the object.
Example: riding a bike with more force than less.
Newton’s third law of motion is all about the interactions between forces.

Mass: The greater the mass of two objects, the greater the gravitational force between the objects.
Gravity: is a force of attraction between two objects that depends on two things: mass and distance.
Distance: The greater the distance between the objects, the weaker the gravitational force between them
