1.Parti Başkanı Sn.Mesut Yılmaz'dır.
2.Parti yönetim kurulunu başkan belirler. Yönetim kurulu BAŞKAN, BAŞKAN VEKİLİ, 2 TANE BAŞKAN YARDIMCISI GENEL SEKRETER ve PARTİ SÖZCÜSÜ olmak üzere 6 asil üyeden oluşur.
4.Yönetim kurulu listesi her millet vekili seçiminden sonra başkan tarafından güncellenir.
5. Yönetim kurulu her seçimden en az 24 saat en fazla 48 saat sonra toplanır.
6. Toplantının var hükmünde olması için en az 3 üyenin varlığı zorunludur. Toplantı anında başkan olmazsa, toplantıyı başkanvekili yönetir.
7. Seçimli olağan üstü kurul partideki aktif üyelerin %50 +1 inin talebi ile veya yönetim kurulunun tümünün isteği üzerine toplanır. Toplanma kararından en az 24 saat sonra başkan adayları kesin adaylarını koymalıdır. Seçim adayların kesinleşmesinden 24 saat sonra yapılır.
8.65 seviye ve üstü üyeler millet vekili olabilir.
9. Parti içi oylamalarda parti konferansında ve whatsapp grubunda oy istemek yasaktır. Yapılması durumunda yaptırım uygulanır.
10. Parti yönetim kurulunda olanların üstlenmeleri gereken bazı görevler vardır.

Bu görevlerin her birini 1 üye üstlenecektir.
Bu tüzük 25/08/2018 tarihi ve 00.01 saatinden sonra geçerli olacaktır. İtiraz ve önerilerin tarihten önce yapılması gerekmektedir.
