How can you stay occupied in the middle of long nights as a security officer at an underground facility

The times are difficult. It is difficult to navigate the current gig economy. I had a great time at my previous job but I was fired from my dental assistant job. In the present, I have to work at night at the local manufacturing plant for machines. Most of the work is controlled by computers. There are employees at all times but I am the only one and two engineers are on the night time crew. I have an emergency phone number I can dial in case of any problems or if machinery suddenly stops functioning. After that, I call engineers and/or contact outside for additional engineers. I do nothing. The thing is, they are not even producing anything of value So night time guards are really just an ordinary switch board attendant..

My pure delight in watching new episodes and movies directly onto my laptop is a testament to the potential of television. My laptop is so much more efficient than my phone and the speakers I carry it with me to work. I recently signed up with HULU. Now I'm on Netflix. You can download the app, save it as downloading, then put it away. Within a couple of hours, depending upon the duration of the show and the quality of the options you select the movie will be downloaded and available for viewing anytime, even without internet access. I even now watch the TV while I commute to work. It's just 15 minutes, but it allows me to go back and watch some of the episodes I slept through last night.

There are a variety of interesting or educational items I can get at home and take with me to work to help make time go by faster. YouTube's self-improvement webinars are an excellent source. However it's not easy to sit through a one-hour video and stay on top of the content. You'll be able to understand what I'm talking about. You'll be able to see what I'm saying.

At times, I'll take my toddler son to work with me, it's the days that my wife works her night shift too, making it impossible for us to remain with the child. So, I bring him along with me and place him in front of the computer screens I monitor. He sleeps within minutes. But when he wakes up, I offer him my laptop with some of the newly downloaded music videos. As the screen is filled with amazing young artists doing their bizarre things on the screen He is content, I am happy to continue doing my thing on the phone.. This is how we can work together more effectively, doing our own task. However, he seems to enjoy joining me on my adventures, perhaps due to the fact that he is up most of the night, isn't it the kind of thing kids would like to do?
