У меня есть один вид любимый вид спорта, которым я на данный момент не занимаюсь из-за нехватки времени - это шахматы. Они мне стали интересны примерно в две тысячи десятом году, когда я о них только узнал. Когда я только начинал с ними знакомиться, я сначала наблюдал за игрой других, и только примерно через месяц сам начал играть. Я сразу понял что этот вид спорта развивает мозг, потому что в нём надо очень много думать.
Победа в шахматах зависит от твоего интеллекта. Всё зависит также от опыта игрока. Здесь новичок не может выиграть профессионала из-за какой-либо случайности, так как здесь нет факторов, не зависящих от игроков. Из-за этого шахматы стали видом спорта, в котором победить могут только лучшие.
Для профессиональной игры в шахматы тебе нужны - терпение, комбинационное зрение и тактика. Всё это у тебя развивается во время игры - чем больше ты играешь, тем лучше у тебя это будет получаться. Также шахматы развивают логику, и если играть в них, попутно учась в школе, то твои оценки могут быть лучше.
Мне кажется, что даже простое наблюдение за шахматами может быть полезно для человека, но только если он будет также обдумывать действия игроков.
