2. proses untuk remove vacant position yang sudah fulfill, agar converter tidak mengirimkan data vacant yang sudah fulfill ke sf ?
3. laporan untuk rejected position yang di-upload
4. tambahkan total position yang berhasil di upload dan di reject
5. setiap kali upload harus menggunakan seluruh list vacant yang sudah di approve oleh HC Commitee (akumulasi bukan delta)
6. vacant position yang berhasil diupload adalah posiiton yang active di optima
7. tambahan informasi waktu upload pada screen vacant position upload
