Ram Puppala is ACI�s primary technology officer. In this role, he network marketing leads ACI�s technology and operations organization, which is focused on developing and running the world-class payments software program products. Mr. Puppala brings more compared to 20 years of experience as a good innovator in financial services and monetary technology, including application development, strategic planning of financial data systems, online banking, payment processing and even settlement, and on the internet brokerage and stock trading applications.
Prior to joining ACI, Mr. Puppala served while Chief Digital Police officer of Metropolitan Commercial Bank, where he or she led the electronic payment product stock portfolio. Prior to he served as Primary Technology Officer in State Street International Exchange, where he scaled Agile strategy and DevOps abilities across the organization. He also served since Chief Information Expert for Technology & Customer Operations at Fiserv Investment Providers and since Chief Technology Officer for Fiserv Global Payment Solutions. In these roles, his responsibilities included P&L management, R&D finances ownership and accountability for software enhancement, enterprise architecture plus multi-platform development. Mr. Puppala holds the Bachelor of Design in Computer Technology and Technology by the University of Pune and qualified certifications from Stanford and Johns Hopkins Universities. He is at present completing the ÜBER Executive MBA software offered by MIT�s Sloan School regarding Management.
