kemudian buang langsung tanpa mengeluarkan suara.

detik, kemuadian buang perlahan-lahan dengan membunyikan "sss"selam 5-25 detik,
c. Menarik nafas dalam-dalam langsung ke diafragma,kemudian tahan selama 3-10
detik, kemudian langsung buang dengan membunyikan "HAH" dengan suara lantang
dengan intonasi yang tinggi atau rendah.
d. Menirukan nafas anjing "hah hah hah hah... "
e. Tertawa dengan bebas ibarat seorang Santa Claus tengah tertawa "ho ho ho ho ho"
3. Lakukan SENAM RONGGA MULUT DAN LIDAH untuk pernafasan dan sirkulasi udara yang
lebih baik. Dapat dilakukan dengan cara :
a. Memijat-mijat gusi dengan lidah
b. Berkumur-kumur dengan udara
c. Membuka rahang kearah bawah berkali-kali
d. Menggerakan rahang kekanan dan kekiri
e. Menjulurkan lidah dan menariknya dengan datar
f. Membunyikan "brrrr" menggunakan bibir
4. Membunyikan nada dengan contoh (1 2 3 4 5 4 3 2 1) dengan HUMMING
Ulangi pemanasan tersebeut beberapa kali untuk menghindari ketegangan otot leher,
bahu, dan rahang.
