I have some feeling about all your offering yesterday and i think we need to discuss that before we proceed:
1) There is a miscalculation of work hour we set.
We supposed to set 10 hours but we actually set 11 hours.
2) I did not realize the actual benefit of your salary offering because instantly it looked like you increased my salary.
3) Instead of giving me a salary increase after 2 years you gave me a salary decrease.
4) 2 years ago for 40 hours per week you hired me for $200 per week. now my work hours are 10x6=60
So my work hour increased by 1.5 but if my salary stays the same as 2 years before then i should get $300 for 6 hours of work.
5) I think it is more profitable for me to stay as a regular employee at same salary for 40 hour work week.
Because if i invest those extra 20 hours on my adsense business then i will be able to make 300-500 per month after 3-6 months which will last for 3-5 years. or even if i start making themes and plugins and sale it will bring money for long run.
6) You may have a narrow opinion about the people in the east but im sure that you don't think that if i leave fixrunner today i will be a looser
meaning i wont be able to manage a job with 1000 per month in the next 3 months. I was technically living under the rock in my city.
When i came to the capital it was eye opening and i saw other developers with much less knowledge and experience than me are making more salary than me.
7) So i need sometime to think if i want to stay as a employee or partner. 24 hours maybe.
8) As compensation you offered me $3500 for 200 member size which i appreciate but for you to know that 3-5k is not something that moves me.
9) So you may choose not to give me any compensation at all but as long as i am with fixrunner you need to make sure i am paid well.
10) You are building a fortune with fixrunner and you need to invest a minimal amount of money to it. Right now what you are spending monthly is not something i would call investment compared to the level of profitability you are looking for.
