Development needs and skills required for current job and future goals Understanding of overall business strategies, etc. Gain exposure to different business tasks in current job so that I am qualified to take on more senior jobs / transfer to other companies. H.S. Diploma and further education / experience needed for many jobs. Action Plan (Actions to be taken to reach short and long term goals) I will log in 15 hours a week in Edgenuity and come to the Learning Center twice a week until I have passed all necessary course-work. Long Term: Work – Secure another part time job or increase from part to full time at current job.
Personal – Visit brother in Canada. Support younger brother in developing surgery plans. Promote to a senior / mgmt. role at job. Commit to a long term relationship / get engaged… Start a family, own a home. Save enough money to invest in business of my own / start business.
