Pitango has a relationship with companies at the early stages of their development, focusing on core sectors within high-tech. Pitango has invested over 200 times and made 85 exits. Rami was appointed managing partner in the year 2000. In the following 18 years the company was involved in a variety of deals which resulted in successful exits to Fortune 500 companies like Broadcom, Marvel and Cisco.

Then he didn't stop there. Globes presented Beracha with the "Esteemed Partner Award" in 2011, recognizing him as an influential investor. Rami created Sosa an initiative that was launched in 2014. Sosa has innovation centers operating located in New York City and Tel Aviv which provide assistance to high-tech companies searching to collaborate with entrepreneurs from around the world who are keen to work with promising Israeli startups. Sosa was recently appointed to oversee the development and operation of New York City's cyber center.

Beracha has two new ventures in development. In London, Beracha founded a venture capital fund that focuses on blockchain capital along with a variety of business partners. Beracha is now ready to take the next step following his role in helping to establish Israel as a global technology hub. Beracha's business model is in line with the fund's new outlook. The fund states that they "know technology, but we only invest in mission-driven people." They aim to identify motivated companies that will help blockchain find its right position at the forefront of new ideas that propel the world forward.

Beracha plans to launch a Middle East venture capital fund along with the European fund. Beracha believes now is the perfect time to invest in the Arab market. Dubai is the perfect place to start, as it is wealthy and very modern. His new fund, Ender Ventures as he calls it, will unite Israeli and European Investors to support UAE high tech companies in artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and robotics. The United Arab Emirates is unique in its outlook on business. It is likely to draw numerous companies to its shores within the coming years because of its low taxes on business and extremely business-friendly legislation.

While Rami Beracha seems to be accomplished in everything he has pursued but it wasn't always that easy. Beracha, like most Israelis became a soldier when he was a young man. He became an Paratrooper's Brigade Combat Soldier and participated in the Lebanon War. Rami was part of a rescue team which was tasked with helping wounded soldiers in a wild minefield in 1983. It was just following the end of war. Rami fell into a concealed mine and was unable to walk and hand.
He was through one of the most difficult periods of his life, and hospitalization was the final result of it. He was unable and unwilling to move and eventually was stricken with depression and despair. His hopes of establishing his army career seemed unattainable to him, and he didn’t even know what he truly was. The suffering of Rami helped him discover the passion and drive to continue living and to dream up new ones. He was determined to get better and stronger than he had been before his injuries. Rami was determined to test various extreme sports. He now enjoys kitesurfing, snowboarding and has hiked Mount Kilimanjaro. He believes that his unbeaten self from the past is pushing forward in his quest to become better at his job.
He volunteers for many organizations and makes donations. He is enthusiastic about helping young men who were wounded in combat. Rami led a group that suffered injuries during his time in the army on an Nepal trip in the year 2016. He was promoted to the rank of major both in the Israeli paratrooper ranks, as well as the fire brigades. In spite of the challenges he had to face, his dreams were realized as a young man. His story and passion can be a source of inspiration for others. Rami did not allow his injuries to stop him; he continued learning and trying new things until he was stronger than ever before.
