Lebih dikenal sebagai direktur turnamen tempat poker populer Sydney The Poker Palace, Davies menunjukkan kesabaran luar biasa sejak awal untuk melihat tumpukan pendek dan melaju ke permainan 3 tangan melawan duo tangguh Alex Lynskey dan Mike Maddocks.
Tapi meja berbalik secara besar-besaran dalam mendukungnya setelah tangan pra-gagal all-in besar melawan Alex Lynskey di mana Davies menjatuhkan dua teratas memegang hati AHati Jmelawan Klub AJantung Qlawannya.
Dari sana, Lynskey dengan cepat tersingkir dan setelah periode pelunakan menjelang melawan Maddocks, Davies kembali menang dalam bentrokan besar pertama antara keduanya ketika dia hati 7Sekop 7bertahan melawan Berlian Aberlian 7.
Selain hadiah uang tunai yang besar, Davies sekarang memegang kehormatan untuk memenangkan bidang acara utama WPT terbesar dalam sejarah Asia-Pasifik, dengan 1.113 entri mengalahkan 898 pemain yang menempati kursi mereka di WPT National China pada tahun 2014.
Itu juga merupakan kumpulan hadiah terbesar untuk turnamen WPT di https://gatesofolympus.one/ ($1.502.550), mengalahkan $1.480.500 dari WPT Australia pada tahun 2019.
