Pastor Chris: The Man
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born December 7, 1963, in Edo State in Nigeria. He grew up in a religious family with loving, dedicated parents. He is the oldest of three sons born to Elder T.E Oyakhilome (one of the founders of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City) and Angelina. Angelina was the matriarch and imprinted her divine grace upon her son from the age of a child.

Pastor Chris has two daughters, Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Carissa Sharon follows in her father's example of sharing God's Word to the world. In addition, she is known as CSO her name, she is a talented, award winning gospel musician and is a member of LoveWorld Music and Arts.

Oyakhilome Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a student at Edo College before winning a scholarship to pursue a degree in architecture at Bendel State University, known today as Ambrose Ali University, where he obtained a BSc in Architecture and an honorary Doctor of Science award.
