An ante is a small wager that the players make. Players are then dealt 2 cards, one faceup and one down. The pocket card is the face-down card. The betting round begins with the player with the lowest card face up. The betting round continues with those players to the left of the person who placed the first wager. Players can choose between folding, calling and betting.
