Youtube: How do you locate the most listened-to songs from other countries?

This question has been on my mind for a while. Being a U.S. citizen I've been involved in pop culture. Dua Lipa's slippers as well as Kanye west's big wife are only some of the examples. I love pop culture, and I adore all the participating. I believe I could make an ideal host for one of those Gossip & Hollywood gossip shows. In these shows, hosts reveal the intimates of the most famous Hollywood stars. They switch hosts to less well-known hosts and finish with blasts from pasts, or even sightings that aren't around for quite a while. All of these news and gossips would be shared with love, passion, all of it with passion, not like many present hosts who simply throw out some information, but never relate.

And so I've been trying to incorporate more of the music from other countries into my music collection. I am beginning to discover the music that is popular in other parts of the globe. I started with a few European monoliths like Germany, UK France Sweden Spain Portugal etc. After hours of Youtube it appeared that I was a pro at making Youtube give me the details I required. However, it was not as easy as I thought. It seems that all one can see is what's popular in their area, or their country. So I tried to find other websites that claimed to have the top 20 most popular Youtube songs for their country. But the majority was old and no one is going to write each week about the top 20. It's something you could do on television. Hit-parades and things like that.

I continued to search.. But after literally months of having no success , and not being able to find an up-to-date source for hot trending songs in other countries, I was almost ready to give up. The best option was by far to utilize a free-proxy type plugin within Firefox (usually FF has better plugins, and more support from the developers, I would guess) that would connect me to the Internet thru someone else from a different country, so I would browse Youtube as if located in Spain or Germany. It was not reliable as such connections tend to vanish and be slow. However it worked, so I used it. It was a bit frustrating since I was not able to access numerous countries and it was a challenge to find reliable sources. Then I discovered the YouTube to mp3 conversion site that amazed me by its hidden functions.

It was the Top 20 Youtube Videos Link. It could load two dozen Youtube music videos on demand, giving me the USA chart.. Then, I switched the language of the interface to German and it showed the top 20 most-watched videos. I was pleasantly surprised, Top 20 German-language trending music videos loaded.. It doesn't matter how that happens. I enjoyed the service. It was simple and quick and took very little effort. All you have to do is navigate and switch the language you prefer to use. Top songs from Korea, Hungary, Romania or Portugal are now available to listen to.
