Hello Members of HDMK, I hope all is well. First and foremost, I would like to thank you for your time, and allowing me the opportunity to present myself to you. My name is Jervar Kusini Napoleon Jr, and I am a 2018 Woodlawn High School Graduate. I am honored to be speaking to you on today, emphasizing why I would be an asset to HDMK. To begin, I know customer service is a priority, and I assure you that I am always going to make that my number one objective. You may ask what does that entails. I am REFFERING TO ALWAYS GREETING the clients upon entry of their home future home and place of business. I ALSO WILL ANSWER ALL questions or concerns, and will seek out assistance if I need clarity. I am going to always address clients in a professional manner, because respectability and communication is at the head of my goal. How will I address clients in a professional manner? I will give clients in depth details of what ever they need while providing them with key evidence to secure and finalize the project. For my evidence, I will provide the clients with pictures and actual data I have collected from my tools, so they are able to see what I have encountered while inspecting. Secondly I will thoroghly complete any and all tasks that are assigned with quality, diligence and safety. How will I provide quality in all my work? I will always check over myself to be 100 percent accurate on all my reports, to eliminate issues and foreseeable problems. My clients won’t have to question rather or not they are safe in their home, soon to be home or place of business. How will I apply diligence in my days of work? I will take my time and never rush through anything, as I know my duty is to keep my clients in a well suited environment along with any other persons that may occupy the area. Safety, is very important and I will always make sure that I am not only keeping the owners safe, but myself as well. I have learned sometimes I may have to go above and beyond, and take uncalculated risk on the job, meaning situations that may occcur without being planned in a days of work. However, I will always keep safety at the helm of my performance. Lastly I have experience in home services from my previous employer, conducting appliance installalation while on the job. From that job experience, I have increased my communication and team working skills, which would be a great asset to your company. I am positive I can apply these methods on this journey at HDMK. I am highly interested in being apart of your company. I would like this position, because this is a great long term career. I was also doing research on how to become an inspector prior to experiencing the day in work of your employee Hunter. I was enthused observing him on the job, and wanted more insight on the job duties. I begin to ask him questions on how his experience has been working with the company and how it has chnaged his life. I was amazed at his answer, and became eager to learn how I can be in the same postion as well.
