It's a major issue that people do not understand. I'd venture to say that it's kind of a minefield that we have created .. It begins seconds after our first interaction with someone and culminates in an incredible explosion...
We make the biggest mistake of thinking we're in complete alignment with the expectations of our partners. One thing we can have in common is that our counterpart does not miss the chance to widen this gap ..... There's no one in the world who can warn us of the coming confrontation.
There are a myriad of factors that can lead to miscommunications. People who are square are more likely to not to communicate well with liberal people. Affirmative personalities might struggle to align their expectations with passive personalities. This is evident that squared personalities can be distinguished from liberal, whereas aggressive is a distinct thing from passive.

But, they may not be aware that they are so different. Imagine if there's a personality gap. It's never been discovered or reported on or investigated by anyone. !
Ladies and gentlemen! Let me present to you a brand new personality kind that we all have in common. The characters of the FULL CIRCLE are different from the HALF CLIRCLE personalities. !

Two types of human beings exist. Some of us are the "full-circle" types, a self-contained person that finds it easy to be alone. It is true that he may need a partner. Absolutely! It's all true! ... However, he cannot survive without his dream companion until he finds one. And, once he has found the one he wants, he would like to live his life in a relationship with his - hopefully full circle - partner.
The other human side is comprised of the "half-a-circle" kinds (not to be confused with "half-a-circle") (no, it's not full circles that were damaged in the course of the delivery) The other side of humanity is comprised of the "half-a-circle" types ... Yes they require partners and yes, they need to find a partner very badly, and yes, they are in constant and almost religious search for a new partner... and yes it's as important in terms of national security for them to find their partner because they can't live without one. They are not going to let go of the miserable creature when they discover it. They will work to physically join their victim to create one happy circle. The Halves will not compromise on their desire to stare at each one from a distance of 0 for the rest. They will not settle for anything less intimate to fulfill their desire to be integrated with the other half and make up a whole.

Interesting observation between the two types: the choice to let go of a partner. Someone who is no longer chemistry-wise with the whole circle will be dismissed in a natural way by the entire circle. The half-circle kind of person will redefine the meaning of having mutual chemistry with their partners. They will say that they're holding on to this B..ST..RD' until they can replace him with a better upgrade.

Imagine a dance where a half-a-circle and a full circle are trying to please their partner. However, the half is able to take two steps forward past the comfort zone. The sudden invasion of his personal space is a bit daunting. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. However, by the fact taking the Half out of his comfortable zone. When .... the Half is convinced that the Full made an innocent wrong move and promptly compensates with another step forward. However, the Full becomes angry and take a further, more significant step in the opposite direction.. the Half starts to think that there's something wrong regarding what's happening this time and his next move isn't exactly gentle.. The Full.. The Half.. The Full and the half are irritated with one another. They understand why, but due to lack of proper terminology they are unable to adequately explain their frustration and go to the wrong direction! It would be a lot easier for them to live if they had known the difference between the Half and Full.
