Well, in the world of Hocus Pocus, that's exactly the case with Billy Butcherson. Now, you can costume as this lovable Zom-Billy on Halloween by wearing this officially licensed costume.
Doug Jones portrays William "Billy" Butcherson as a character in Hocus Pocus as well as the sequel 2022. Winifred Sanderson poisoned him, and closed his mouth when the two of them cheated on his younger sister Sarah. Three hundred years after the Sanderson sisters resurrect him as their own minion, hoping to obtain her spell book returned from Max Dennison, Dani Sanderson, Allison Sanderson and Thackery Binx.
Billy, dressed in the medieval fashion, looks elegant. You can recreate this style with a white lax tunic as well as a pair of dark black pants that could be distressed for that worn appearance. Then add a pair of buckles from the colonial period to complete the look. You can make an oozing face by applying makeup and drawing stitches across your lips. It is also possible to wear hair that is long and black to imitate Billy's flimsy hairstyle.
The costume can be added with a mask of black to hide your face and give you that zombie look.
