"This Agreement ('Agreement') is entered into on [Date], by and between [Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as 'Company,' and [Client's Name], an individual, hereinafter referred to as 'Client.' This Agreement is established on the mutual free will of both parties and outlines the terms and conditions of cooperation whereby the Company agrees to assist and represent the Client in the recovery of funds that may have been lost due to fraud and criminal activities. The Company is under the obligation to diligently represent the Client's interests throughout the course of this agreement. It is expressly understood that any funds recovered shall not be held in the Company's account; instead, they will be promptly provided or transferred directly to the Client. The Company reserves the right to send the recovered funds in a freezing form, as described herein, until such time as the service fees, including VAT, are paid in advance by the Client. Upon receipt of these fees, the Client's funds will be unfrozen, and the recovery process will commence."
