Dear HR Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing in response to the recent communication regarding my interest in the Expedia CE TL position and the challenges I have faced during the interview process. I would like to provide some clarification and address the concerns raised.

Firstly, I want to emphasize that I had already communicated to the GRO team that I would not wait for an IJP that I had not yet cleared. It appears there might have been a miscommunication in relaying this information to the relevant teams. I apologize for any confusion caused and I would appreciate if this can be duly noted for future reference.

Additionally, there was a discrepancy in the scheduling of my interview. I was informed that the interview was scheduled for Tuesday, but to my surprise, it was actually scheduled for Monday. Regrettably, this mix-up led to my inability to appear for the interview on time. I understand the importance of punctuality, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by my absence.

Regarding the scheduled meeting with HR Manager Rakhi Tyagi, I had informed the GRO team that the proposed time of 6:00 PM was outside of my regular shift timings. Despite this, I made efforts to connect with Rakhi Tyagi on the same day, but I was asked to reschedule for the following day. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach her on Teams were unsuccessful. Eventually, when I managed to connect with her the next day, I was informed that she had a busy schedule and was directed to connect with the GRO team instead.

It is important to highlight that during my multiple attempts to contact HR for the last round of the interview, I demonstrated my commitment and eagerness to move forward in the process. The corresponding call logs in Teams can attest to my efforts in reaching out for clarification and guidance. Moreover, in my previous email, I clearly mentioned my intention to proceed with the TAP Air TL opportunity.

Therefore, I was taken aback when I connected with the GRO team and was informed that my IJP for TAP Air had been blacklisted. Considering my repeated attempts to engage with the HR team, I am confused as to how I could be considered uncertain about the IJP and unprepared for the round.

I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and a review of the available information, including the Teams call logs and my email communication, to shed light on the situation. I believe that a careful examination will confirm my dedication and readiness for the opportunity.
