The Flynn-Fletcher family's pet platypus, Perry, is a secret agent with an undercover identity. When he is not operating as a secret agent he lives a normal life alongside the family as their beloved pet. However, in secret his life, he's a member of an organization that is all-animal and known as the O.W.C.A. The underground location is an underground location below the home of Flynn-Fletcher, and has several secret ways to access his underground lair, including within a tree located in their yard.


When in secret agent mode, he is a highly knowledgeable and proficient part of the O.W.C.A. It's been proved that he can use his hat in the ocean and even in space. However, it's not certain where he stores the hat.


Perry's hat can be considered one of the most crucial pieces of his disguise . It is an important factor in his succeeding in concealing his real identity. It's also a key part of his identity and he's extremely connected to it. It can be hung on his head while underwater or in space (Out to Launch).


Perry isn't only outfitted with a hat, but comes with other accessories that aid him in his missions. Perry is in need of a whistle that can summon different creatures. Also, he has two notepads and a pencil to use for recording his missions. However, it's not clear where they are kept.
