Dear Mrs. Wilde,

I would like to submit my interest in the SMT Programmer/Technician position that recently opened. I've enjoyed working under the direction of Ruth for two years as a sales associate. She is a strong believer in my skills and abilities to handle new responsibilities and manage high-end client accounts efficiently. I'm excited about the potential to continue working to advance the goals of SalesDirect, Inc.

Throughout my career, I've maintained a 95% customer satisfaction rate while expanding the number of clients I work with each quarter. My clientele expanded 10x over the course of two years in the position. I thoroughly enjoy building relationships with each new client while providing information, assistance, and support with whatever they need. In this new role, I would seek to deepen existing relationships while taking on more account responsibilities. My organization and time management skills equip me to handle the new job.
