Trump's relationship with Kazakhstan was not just limited to Tevfik. When he treated a country that was governed by a suspect regime as an all-weather partner, he was scathingly criticised.

The moment that Donald Trump hosted the president from Kazakhstan on Tuesday, the 28th of October, 2018, many eyebrows were asked.
