During the last few months of my husband's life, I had the inspiration to plant 100 feet of roses in front of our house. My husband was dying of multiple myeloma cancer. We had exhausted all the possibilities of a recovery. His cancer was in the late stages when it was discovered and none of the treatments were working.



Like Scientology, Hinduism believes in reincarnation. Due to this believe, the death itself is not treated as the end of a person. Instead they believe that the deceased will reappear as another creature. They believe that the soul will leave the body through the head and go to another world. It is upon its return that it will manifest into something else. It is however a mystery about what will happen to the soul and where it goes until it returns. Hinduism also believes in the existence of many sun filled worlds like heaven and demonic worlds like hell. Hindus also do not believe in burial but rather cremation.

One day, I was shopping at a grocery store and I saw a garden store with roses. I stopped and smelled about 20 varieties, finding roses that were very familiar to me. The next day I went for a walk and discovered a neighborhood with roses blooming and hanging over the fences. Just as people had stopped to smell the roses in my garden, I stopped and smelled the roses in my neighbor's yard.

There is no limitation imposed by time or space in this realm, but this review process is gradual. This provides the healing that is needed. This process allows the soul to move on. There are regions in the valley of death where the departed travel as they ascend to the Eternal Light.There are Beings of Light who have always been around in that realm by their choice to provide guidance.

Although there are so many different dies, the V-dies are the die that is most often used. They come in all different sizes and openings. This will give you the right angle and shape depending on the metal you will be using to bend.




If the State doesn't have the right, then who does? I admit there have been times when I would like to see vigilante justice applied, but that's emotional and not logical. We are a nation of laws, and everyone deserves due process, no matter how egregious the crime.

Since we don't know whether our own demise will be lengthy or sudden, let's think about the peace that we want our loved ones to be left with. Let us love more each day. Let us pay it forward at every opportunity. Let us take more time for family and friends. Let us see more positive than negative in people and in situations. Let us put down the cell phone for a moment to appreciate what we see and hear. Death is inevitable, but the peace we leave is eternal.
