How Each Stat works:
ATM: Atmosphere, for each Atmosphere you have 2 new customers will come in
H&SA: Health & Safety, for each H&SA you have your risk will be reduced by one
ENT: Entertainment, for each Entertainment you have a customer will return
REV: Bonus Revenue, the customers spend 1% more money for each REV you have
RISK: For each Liability Risk you have there's a 10% chance you'll get sued
