MECHANICAL SHOCK TEST

Today,we examined mechanical shock test with my supervisor.There are 8 procedures which are have to be obeyed,while mechanical shocl test is applied.According to mechanical shock test’s requirement,one or more than one procedure may be undervalued.These procedures are respectively functional shock,material to be packaged,fragility ,crash hazard and bench handling..For functional test, the item is necessary for operation during the shock and to survive without damage to shocks representative of those that may be encountered during.For procedure 2 and 3,The item should be packaged to prevent from damage or fragility.For crash hazard, This procedure simulate structural integrity of item during transport cycle. The item should be configuration during simulated crash condition. Bench handling, bench maintenance or packaging may also effect the item.My supervisor and me examined the results of these procedures from documents.We could not observe these test in test labrotory.My supervisor told about which items have to exposure this mechanical shock test.



ÜRETİM

Today,my supervisor and me went to production labrotory.He gave us some information about working process of labrotory.There are many engineer and technician working in this area.The items which are developed in research and development department are becoming a product. Technicians also repair the items which are damaged.At the end of the production,items are tested according to requirenments.If items can pass the test,they send to customers.If items cant pass the test,They resend to research and development department to design again.Engineers and technicians wear laboratory coat to protect from ESD(Electrostatic Discharge).

At the end day of my intern,We checked my intern documents with my supervisor.He controlled every page carefully because we worked with secret documents .This documents forbidden to share pubic.After the control , he sign the all pages. My supervisor fill up my evaluation form and send to my intern documents to public relations person.After all procedures are done,we said good-bye to each other and I left ASELSAN.
