We understand your concern that you're facing an issue with 'Infinix Hot 4 Pro (Magic Gold, 16 GB)' for Order ID: OD111035279393771000

We're sorry for the trouble you had to go through.

We'd like to let you know that following are some troubleshooting steps that may help you to fix issue:

Check for Available storage
1. Pull down from the top to open notification panel
2. Select Settings
3. Go to Storage & USB
4. Select the device storage
5. If space is running less than 10%, you may need to free up storage space by uninstalling unwanted apps or deleting items like pictures, music or videos.
You can also tap on cache to clear the cache

Uninstall and re-install apps -
1. Swipe from the top to open Notification panel
2. Go to Settings
3. Go to Apps
4. Select the app you want to uninstall
5. Tap on the uninstall button
6. Tap on Ok to confirm
7. Inform customer to Install the apps only from Google Play Store

Please note that not to install any apps through file sharing apps or from an unknown source which could result in bad performance and severe battery drain.

Check for OTA -
Things to remember before the update:
1. Make sure the you must be connected to WiFi. (If Wi-Fi issue, then you may have to use the mobile data)
2. Make sure the battery is charged above 50% or is connected to the charger during the update
You have to backup your important data, if required.

To check Software Updates
1. Swipe from top to open the notification panel
2. Open Settings
3. Go to About Phone
4. Select System Update
5. The device will now check for any Software updates
6. If there are no updates the device will display 'Your system in the latest version'

Please note that if the device doesn't automatically check for updates, then tap on the update button on the right-hand side corner to check for an update.

Perform Factory Reset -
1. Swipe from the top to open the notification panel
2. Go to Settings
3. Select Backup and Reset
4. Select Factory Data Reset
5. Tap on Reset Phone and enter any password/pattern/fingerprint to continue
6. Tap on Erase everything to confirm

Please note that your all personal data will loss. If required, you can backup data. Make sure the battery is sufficiently charged. If applicable, remove the SD Card from the device to prevent accidental formatting while resetting.

We request to you during setup after the reset, please make sure the you doesn't restore the settings. You have to set it up as a new device. (Some Settings or Apps might be the root cause of the actual issue).
Also, request to you not to install apps from unknown sources like third-party websites or through SHAREit. Apps must be downloaded only from the Google Play Store.
