Molecule: the smallest unit of a compound.
Elements: substances that can't be broken down into anything simpler.
Chemical combine :
Hydro atom + hydro atom + oxygen atom = H2O
Oxygen + Carbon + Carbon =cO2 (Known as carbon dioxide)
(Social Studes) 3 branches-
Legislative Branch -the leader is the US Congress. This is the Senate and the House of Representatives.
The roles of Congress are making and passing laws, imposing taxes, authorizing the spending of money, and declaring war.
Executive Branch-carries out the laws passed by Congress. The president also directs foreign policies, names ambassadors, negotiates treaties with other nations, and is the commander in chief of the armed forces.
Judical Branch-the Supreme Court rules on the only the most difficult legal questions and cases. The main role of the Supreme Court is to hear and rule cases presented to them. Their decisions show how lowers court judges should make decisions on cases.
The purpose of 3 branches-
The purpose of making the three branches and making them separate but equal is because they did not want to be ruled by a King or by a government like they were ruled by Great Britain.
