Mild interval increase in some of the patchy and circular groundglass densities in the right middle lobe and right lower lobe, unchanged elsewhere and again most likely representing nonspecific infectious or inflammatory changes.

Narrative
CT CHEST WITHOUT CONTRAST
** HISTORY **:
56 years old, stage III B lung cancer. Completed chemoradiation in 1 year of immunotherapy
** TECHNIQUE **:
CT images of the chest acquired without contrast.
CTDI: 13.57 mGy
DLP: 457.48 mGy-cm
COMPARISON: CTs 9/1/2020,
** FINDINGS **:
HEART AND GREAT VESSELS: Heart size normal. Stable trace pericardial effusion.
LYMPH NODES: No suspicious lymph nodes. Stable calcified window lymph node.
OTHER MEDIASTINUM: No significant abnormality.
LUNGS: No significant change in dense consolidation with air bronchograms in right mid and suprahilar region. Interval increase in size of patchy and circular appearing groundglass densities in the right middle lobe and right lower lobe. Calcified granuloma in the right lower lobe. 4 mm discrete groundglass nodule in the right middle lobe on image 35 of series 3 is unchanged. Stable patchy and circular groundglass densities in the left upper lobe. 3 mm groundglass nodule in the left lower lobe on image 63 of series 3 is unchanged. Vague areas of groundglass density in the left lower lobe are unchanged. Discrete groundglass nodule in the left lower lobe abutting the fissure measuring 6 mm on image 42 of series 3 is unchanged.
PLEURAL SPACE: Normal.
UPPER ABDOMEN: No significant abnormality.
SOFT TISSUES: There is a right chest Port-A-Cath unchanged
