Beste meneer Caspers,
Ik stuur u deze mail vanwege het profiel werkstuk. Bij het schrijven hiervan is de balans van het werk nogal verschoven. Om dit te corrigeren was het plan om Koen het meeste werk te laten doen bij de presentatie, maar nu merk ik vooral dat ik het moeilijk vind om de controle uit handen te geven. Aangezien Koen tot nu toe bijna geen innitiatief heeft getoond krijg ik steeds minder vertrouwen in de presentatie van het profielwerkstuk. Ik vind het vooral lastig om hem meer te laten doen, omdat ik niet zeker kan weten of dit wel goed zou gaan. Toch is dit de enige manier die ik kan bedenken om onze inspanningen voor het profielwerkstuk gelijk te trekken.
