What is the offer?
Buy Select Headphones /speakers / tv streaming devices on Flipkart during the offer period and get 3 months free spotify premium subscription OR Buy Select Headphones /speakers / Televisions / Laptops / tv streaming devices on Flipkart during the offer period and get 6 months free spotify premium subscription. In case the customer purchases 2 eligible products in a single transaction- the better of the Spotify eligible offer will be considered.
Offer can be availed only once per customer
What is the offer duration?
Offer valid on purchases made between 00:00 hrs 15th october 2020 & 23:59 hrs 15 th May 2021 only. Offer dates are subject to change at the sole discretion of Flipkart.
What are the other conditions to avail the offer?
To avail offer on Spotify, customer needs to mandatorily sign in using your personal Spotify Account and update your valid credit card details on Spotify .com. Customers who have already availed the spotify premium subscription ( trial or otherwise) will not be eligible for this offer.
Offer not valid in case of cancellation of the linked Headphones / Speakers, Televisions, Laptops or TV Streaming device
You need to provide the correct & updated mobile number and email ID on your Flipkart Account to receive the offer code.
If your number is registered with Do Not Disturb registry, then the activation code will not be sent to you. What is the validity of the Activation Code?
Last date for code redemption on Spotify is 15th May 2021 23: 59 hrs only.

How to Avail the Spotify Premium Free Offer?

Customer buys a Eligible Headphones , speaker, Televisions, laptops, TV streaming device during the offer period on Flipkart
After the Eligible product is delivered to the customer, the offer would be activated for eligible customers.
Eligible customers will be sent their unique activation URL via SMS by Flipkart. https://www.spotify.com/in/claim/flipkart-6m/ for 3 months or https://www.spotify.com/in/claim/flipkart-3m/ for 6 months
For activation link received through SMS
Customer clicks on the link which directs them to spotify for login.
Customer enters their payment method (all Indian Credit cards & some Debit cards that support recurring payments are accepted)
The eligible Spotify Premium Free Trial is activated.
Customers will not be charged anything for activating the 3 months or 6 months subscription, whichever the customer is eligible for. Customers will be charged post the free subscription period ends if they do not cancel their subscription.
The voucher codes can only be applied on the Spotify website or app (on desktop or mobile)

PRELIMINARY

This Offer (defined below) is being run by Spotify India LLP (“Brand/Spotify”) on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”).
By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (“Customer” or “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&C”); the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.

The Offer will commence at 00:00 hours on 15th October 2020 for all Flipkart users till 23:59 hrs on 15th May 2021 (Offer Period”). To participate in the Offer, You must do/ fulfil the following:

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Offer is valid only in India.
There will be a separate contract between You and Brand as per the policies of the Brand in relation to Products and Offer benefits and Flipkart shall not be a party to the same.
The Offer is open only to the end consumers and not the resellers of the Eligible Product(s).
Offer is non-transferable and is subject to availability of stocks.
This Offer is being run by Brand on Flipkart Platform.
Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
Flipkart, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the Offer and/or the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.
The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Brand and/or Flipkart.
Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
Flipkart does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of Product(s). Flipkart shall not be responsible towards any delay or failure of delivery of the Product to any Customer(s) during the provided timeline.
Customer understands that this Offer and other offers are provided by Brand on the Flipkart platform and Flipkart shall not be liable towards the quality of the Product and/or fulfilment of the Offer and/or warranty claims and/or after sales services of the Product(s) and/or taxes arising out of the same. Any claim or dispute in relation to the same must be directed towards Brand only.



Issuance of this offer does not amount to endorsement of the Products sold on the Platform including but not limited to the offer benefits and Flipkart shall not be liable for any missed products, quality, defect in Products or deficiency in the services.


This Offer is nor sponsored by Flipkart. Flipkart shall not be responsible if this Offer is in violation with any applicable law. Flipkart shall not be liable for any failure by the Brand to provide Offer benefits. Brand shall be solely responsible towards any losses suffered by and/or penalties levied on Flipkart due to this offer being in contravention to any applicable laws. Customer hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions and privacy policy and other documents as may be applicable to him/her while accessing the Platform also to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C and other terms of the Platform by Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Customer’s part.
This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.

Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any customer/persons.
The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
