The Secret Life Of Olive Oil
A yearly international symposium on olive oil and health hosted by the Yale School of Public Health is headed to the heart of the olive oil world the Mediterranean region of Spain - where leading experts will gather this year to discuss the possibilities and effects of what some call "liquid gold."

Kyriakides, Ph.D., a Yale Center for Analytical Sciences (biostatistics) faculty member. The symposium will bring together academics, business leaders, farmers and regional and national officials to discuss the untapped possibilities of olive trees and their products including olive oil.
